Heart for Africa gives support to:

People – our valued partners in Arusha who identify needs and distribute gifts

Communities – we currently support work with street children in Arusha City, & communities in the more outlying districts of Mbauda & Mateves. We hope in time to be able to support more Arusha communities in need.

A number of Orphanages and Schools in the Arusha area

We fund purchases of:

Goats and hens, mosquito nets, school necessities for orphans, maize and other foodstuffs

On our trips to Tanzania, we take as many gifts as our baggage allowance will permit! Books, paper and art materials for schools .. children’s toys .. clothing .. whatever our supporters give us that will bless those we are visiting!

We are also hoping to set up links between Rhondda Primary Schools and Arusha Schools, so that children can write to each other, improving their English and learning more about life in a very different country.
