Lawrie's first visit to Africa was on a church trip to Arusha, Tanzania. In his role as Managing Director of Sporting Marvels, he organises their biennial All-Star Africa Trip through Experience East Africa.

Ian “Smithy” Smith has visited Tanzania 4 times since his first All-Star Africa trip in 2009.
His favourite part of the trips is giving to the communities, schools & orphanages we support.
